Autumn/Winter Lip Products!

Hellooo! Today I am going to show you my favourite autumn/winter lip products! Surprisingly non of these are actual lipsticks and I've picked one product for every colour that I think is great for autumn/winter.

Starting off from left to right we have the NYX Xtreme Lip Cream in Absolute Red - This is an amazing true red shade than you can build to get a darker colour or apply lightly for a lighter red shade, it is super pigmented with one swipe and I really love this product!

Next to that there is the Maybelline Baby Lips Electro in Berry Bomb - This is a sheer purple lip colour and it is the best thing for beginners that don't want to go straight into the dark purples, you can build the colour up on your lips and it wont get too intense but the colour will be noticeable!

Then I have another NYX Xtreme Lip Cream and this one is in Skin Tone - This is a great if you still want to wear a nude but I would recommend a darker nude during the autumn/winter because it just suits it better! A nude looks different on everyone but this colour suits most skin tones because it is more of a darker colour.

Lastly I have the Tanya Burr Lip Gloss in Exotic Island - This I
is probably the one that is the least autumn/wintery product that I have here because it is much brighter than the others but you still can pull it off during this season wether you wear it during the day or night!

What are your lip picks for this season?

Current Top 5 Beauty Products!

So today I am going to be doing my current top 5 favourite products!

To begin with I've kind of cheated and picked two products that I love using together! The first one is the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer. This is my No.1 concealer and it has been for some time now, its very lightweight and hydrating but it never creases or looks cakey under the eyes! On top of that I have been loving using the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Highlighter Pen. The reason why I use this on top of a different concealer is because it doesn't have a lot of coverage by itself but it is great at illuminating and it just looks super natural!

The next product I have is a bronzer and you have probably seen this many times on my blog because I absolutely love it! Its the Body Shop Honey Bronzer and its the sort of bronzer that just gives your face a bit of colour and you can never apply too much! The shade range is amazing for people with super pale skin going up to medium/dark!

This product is a mini that I got in a box set from benefit and its the Benefit Hoola Bronzer. The reason why I am showing two bronzers in this post is because I have truly been loving both of them for two different reasons. I love the body shop bronzer for general bronzing but I love this bronzer for contouring, if I feel like having a very natural contour I would straight away pick up this product because it is great!

The Maybelline Falsies Mascara has been something that I have loved for quite a while now because it just adds the perfect amount of volume and length to your lashes and it never gets clumpy! I also really like the curved wand as it helps me get into the corners really easily!

My last favourite is the Tanya Burr Lip Gloss and I've actually got two colours which I have been loving and its Chic and Picnic in the Park. Chic is the perfect pinky nude and it is a definite everyday shade and so is Picnic in the Park to be honest! Picnic in the Park is a coral shade which is gorgeous and I absolutely love it! They are very pigmented for a lip gloss and they aren't super sticky at all! I have a full review on these here.

So that is my current top 5 products right there for you! Be sure to check out Emily's blog too!
Hope you enjoyed it!:-)

Back to school makeup!

Hi everyone, so as it is just the beginning of school times I thought I would show you some appropriate makeup for back to school!

So starting off with the base. For school I don't think a full coverage foundation would be appropriate, so my pick is The Body Shop All-In-One BB Cream. This is a really nice light base that looks super natural on the skin so I think it would great for school!

For bronzer, I've got another Body Shop product and it is the Honey Broner. This bronzer is matte and it also looks super natural on the skin, it just gives a hint of colour to the places you would like to put it and it is just a really beautiful product.

For blush I have got the Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blush. For school a cream blush would be the best option as It is way more natural than a powder blush and you can make it very subtle.

On to the eyes..... My pick for school would just be some mascara and eyeliner and I wouldn't really bother with eyeshadow. The mascara that I would recommend Is the Loreal Telescopic Clean Definition Mascara as it adds really nice length to your lashes and it separates them really nicely too.

My eyeliner pick would be the Soap and Glory Smoulder Khol eyeliner in Brown. With this I would just put this in my lash line just to give some definition and make you look more awake. A brown eyeliner is also less harsh than a black.

For the lips I would just go for a tinted lip balm and the one that I have got is the Maybelline Baby Lips Electro in Strike a Rose. I have a full review coming on these soon but for school I wouldn't go as heavy as a lipstick so a tinted lip balm would be the best option!

So that is all my makeup picks for Back to School!

Hope you enjoyed it! :-)
